Since 1970, Lanier Golf Club has enjoyed a rich and well respected reputation as one of the area’s finest golf courses. The whole family can enjoy this golfer’s golf club. The club features an 18-hole championship par 72 Joe Lee designed course. The club also features a separate practice and driving range facility, clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. Its located just thirty minutes north of Atlanta just off Georgia 400, 2 miles from exit #14 and Hwy 20 and across the road from Lake Lanier, the area's largest recreation lake in Georgia. 

Lanier Golf Club is now available for limited public play. It is one of the best values in North Atlanta with affordable green fees. In recent years the golf course has undergone extensive design improvements and manicuring to rate as one of the most enjoyable courses to play day in and day out.  Lanier boasts some of the finest bent grass putting surfaces in Georgia and has been host to many Georgia Golf Association events such as the Georgia mid-Amateur, Georgia Amateur qualifying, and US Open Qualfying.

Those who play the classic Joe Lee layout boast of its fast greens and playable layout. "I never get tired of playing it" is the most common comment members say about Lanier. Lanier Golf Club is a great place to do it all. And, being just a few minutes from the Lake doesn't hurt either. You'll find the learning center practice range a great place to hone your skills. It features a full driving range and practice area. Range balls are $6 per basket.
